Late nights on Comedy Central will continue to be dope and engaging at least for the forseeable future. The channel’s new late night maven,
Trevor Noah has signed on for another four years to remain the host of the ‘Daily Show’.
The South Africa transplant has carved his own lane out in the saturated American late night and it hasn’t gone unnoticed by the big guys over at CC. The deal will keep young Trevor on the ahow until the year 2022.
The 33 year old took over hosting duties at the Daily Show in September of 2015 after the late night legend Jon Stewart retired. Since then Noah has kept Stewarts legacy alive while creating his own. His highlight moment came during an in depth interview that would later go on to acheive virility in its own right with conservative pundit Tomi Lahren, where Noah challenged Lahren on her polarizing rhetoric in a debate that most agree Noah got the best of.
For at least the next five years you can catch Noah on the Daily Show on Comedy Central at 11:00/10:00 Central.
